*Arts Management Media preferred customers are businesses, organizations, or educational institutions with whom Arts Management Media has established a mutually beneficial relationship. These groups receive special promotions through Arts Management Media.com

2. How do I become an Arts Management Media preferred customer?
*We only offer preferred status to groups. If your group is interested in establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with Arts Management Media that offers your organization discounts and special offers on our publications send an email to ArtsManagementMedia@colum.edu

3. I’m a preferred customer, but I forgot my promotional code, what do I do?
*Send an email to ArtsManagementMedia@colum.edu with the name of your organization or group and we will email you the promotional code. Please allow 24 hours on business days and 48 hours on weekends for response.
*TIP: Many times your promotional code is the acronym of your organization.

4. How do I track my order?
*Send an email to Arts Management Media@colum.edu with your name and which order you would like to track. We will email you a tracking number that you can use on DHL.com.

5. How long does it take to ship my order?
*All orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery can be expected in 3-5 business days after your order is processed.

6. How do I place bulk orders?

9. What is your return policy?
Arts Management Media has two return policies for printed materials.
1. Policy for schools, non-profits, and book re-sellers: Twenty per cent “re-salable” returns (prepaid) allowed on printed materials within 60 days of receipt of original shipment if authorized in writing by an Arts Management Media representative.
2. Policy for individuals: One hundred percent “re-saleable” returns allowed on printed materials less shipping and processing fees within 30 days of original purchase with original receipt if authorized in writing by an Arts Management Media representative.
Subscriptions via “Magazines for Arts Managers” are subject to the return policy of the publisher.
No refunds for digital books. Trial periods are allowed.
Refunds allowed for digital subscriptions within 10 days of original purchase with original receipt and if authorized in writing by Arts Management Media representative.
